Here at Property Solutions we offer a great rental service for landlords. Our fee is ONLY 10 % which will include our services of
- We source the tenants, obtain the necessary guarantors and references.
- We collect the tenants rent and transfer it to the landlords account.
- Handle all queries or problems the tenant may have.
- We do inspection visits to the property after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months - then every 3 months. We find that by doing inspection visits to the properties early in the tenancy ensures the tenants look after the property.
- We send the landlord a copy of the inspection visit report after each visit.
- We provide the landlords with details of all income recieved, all fees paid - everything you need to know for your tax return.
Alternatively you can choose to pay a one off fee of £450. This is a finders fee only which will include our services of
- Sourcing the tenant.
- Providing the necessary guarantor details and references.
Property Solutions will sell your home for 0.5% and a marketing fee of £125 which includes our services of
- Providing For Sale Sign
- Taking photos and measurements
- Producing a brochure
- Advertising - on Property News and on this Property Solutions website
